Team Lead / SharePoint Developer will be responsible for architecting, implementing and maintaining enterprise SharePoint environment (SP 2007/2010); leveraging and extending out of the box SharePoint functionality to deliver solutions; performing hands on development of custom applications/web parts and design InfoPath forms to support complex workflows; designing, customizing and creating new templates. Additionally, will also be involved in providing daily administration, support and deployments of applications within the SharePoint environment.
In addition, will manage and mentor the development team

Skills:
5 Years+ years of .Net development experience
Experience in managing a team of 4 -20 resources
Experience in building a team in a ‘start up’ environment
Experience in all areas of Project Management and SDLC
Experience in quality process – ISO and or CMMI
Experience in full suite of Microsoft solutions – SQL Server, Share Point, CRM
Experience in managing Application development & Application Maintenance projects (Microsoft & other technologies)
