DIVISION: Corporate Information Technology Group

DEPARTMENT: Development
SUMMARY: Will be the lead architect and primary developer of advanced SharePoint sites. Will also help select, develop and establish tools, standards and best practices for advanced SharePoint development throughout the enterprise. The most important aspect of the job is leveraging SharePoint as an integration point for a variety of data sources. Will interface closely with Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Extensive experience with MOSS 2007 is required. · Will be the expert for the entire enterprise relative to creating applications leveraging the advanced features of SharePoint. · Must have experience connecting outside sources of data to SharePoint via both DataViews and Business Data Catalog (BDC). · Will present integrated views in SharePoint from a variety of external data sources (e.g. Siebel, Salesforce.com, Ultipro Payroll, VMWare vCenter, WebTrends). · Must have experience implementing solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). · Will connect SSRS to a variety of data sources, create SSRS reports and graphs, and be able to present them within SharePoint as needed. · .Net development experience is a major requirement. · Must have created custom web parts before. · Will create custom web parts using .Net as needed. · Assist in selecting and documenting appropriate tools, methods and standards. · Ability to effectively document architecture, including producing graphics, for a broad audience. · Will support advanced development needs of Marketing team. · Will be a key participant in building a new corporate intranet. · Will create dashboards for key executives. · Will propose architecture for custom customer portals for our major customers. · Ability to effectively communicate within the team. · Excellent problem solving skills and teamwork. · Experience with JavaScript programming and solid understanding of the DOM.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a 4-year degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Must have experience writing advanced SharePoint applications.
