• Keeping himself/herself updated about latest Project Management techniques & tools & has used it himself.
• Handle GLOBAL clients from Small & medium size industry (5 to 1000 People Company as client).
• To judge individuals well – especially subordinates & gives right evaluation & drives them in right direction.
• Understands clients very well & grow the customer account to generate more business from the customer.
• To understands company’s goal and comes up with thoughts & actions which is in line with our vision.
• Candidate should able to understand ANY situation very well & take actions accordingly.
• Candidate should be responsible, flexible, authoritative, motivated, convincing, visionary & joyful.
