  • Preparation of job description as per the requirements
  • Posting the requirements through various Job Portals
  • Collection and screening resumes from various sources
  • Conducting telephonic interviews
  • Coordination for prioritizing interviews for short listed candidates with client
  • Engaging the consultants for telephonic interview or F2F interview.
  • Rate negotiation with the consultant, project manager and vendor.
  • Collation and maintenance of various relevant information with respect to the candidate
  • Follow-up and collaboration with the consultants, employers and other stakeholders on the contract papers.
  • Providing immediate feedback to the consultant / employer as required
  • Having thorough knowledge and processed  H1B Visa for candidates
  • Release of purchase order to the selected resources.
  • Amendment / modification to the purchase orders as requested by the employer / consultant
  • Consultant coordination with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining at the client’s place as committed
  • Issuing appointment letters and ID Cards.
  • Raising request for the Salary Stop of resigned employee.
  • Intimating the resigned employee about the exit formalities.
  • Ensuring compliance of exit formalities by the employee.
  • Coordinating for the exit interview.
  • Issuing leaving documents.
  • Maintaining Exit Data.
  • Coordination with different Heads of Department for designing induction program
  • Planning and preparation of training calendar.
  • Scheduling induction and training programs for the new joiners
  • Setup a process for obtaining timesheet and invoices from the resources on time
  • Coordination with the accounts department for release of payment from the client.
  • Coordination with accounts department for release of payment to the employer.
  • Resolving the administrative issues and personal needs of the consultants / employees
  • Updating leave records details in the System and verification of the monthly attendance
  • Making travel arrangements candidates.
  • Maintenance of business expense bills.
  • Maintaining of internal database, tracker for generation of MIS reports
  • Providing “What-If” analysis reports for the top management
  • Coordination for conducting Walk-in interviews
  • Dealing with vendors for business development activities
