• Post graduation: Completed MBA (HR) from Pune University in May-2007.
• Graduation: Completed B.Tech (Cosmetics) from Amravati University in May-2005.
Executive development Programme:
This programme was conducted by specific consultant with vast industrial and field experience in India and abroad. The programme duration was of 350 hours within a span of six months.
Work experience-
• Working with Reliance People Serve Ltd. (Group Company of Reliance Retail Ltd.) from 16/02/2007 to till 05/05/2009 as Assistant Manager HR.
Job profile-
Recruitment:
• Mass recruitment and walk inns for store level associate.
• Cross checking the referral candidates for various positions as per business requirement for hiring senior level recruitment.
• Keeping track of candidates and their details for future business purpose.
• Handling job portals for specific candidate requirement as per business requirements.
• Co ordination with consultants for specific business requirement.

Training and Development :

• Worked as Trainer for the India’s first ever “Retail Certification Course for Apprentices”.
• Trained and Groomed the apprentices to represent the brand of Company on shop floor.
• Training of new candidates (front end associates)periodically as they got promotions from one position to another.

HR Core Activities:

• Handling end to end on boarding of candidates from joining formalities, filling statuary forms (PF, ESIC, and SSN).
• Designing Induction Program, Exit interviews and Stay Interview for Senior Executives.
• E-Recruitment, Hiring, Separation, Data audit on SAP.
• Data audit to eliminate any chances of missing important info types in SAP
• Time admin (SAP) and its various info types.
• Assisting in Payroll by compiling all raw data needed for payroll processing.
• Contributing in Performance Appraisal for store level employees.
• Employee engagement activities for team building and recreation.

• Grievance Handling of employees in case of issuance of their ESIC cards, health benefits, Full and Final Settlement, Salary issue, Leave Encashment etc.

Admin Activities:

• Co-ordination with Bank executives for opening Bank account for new joinees.
• Co-ordination with the vendors and commercial team to raise the PO for Uniform procurement, their distribution and accounting.
• Co-ordination with stores to make sure smooth running of all the system.
• Co-ordination with Head office and ID cell for ID card issuance to new joinees within ten days of on boarding.
Achievements:
• Successfully done 1000 plus joining and hiring.
• Deputed to Ahmadabad for implementation of E-recruitment procedure.
• Efficiently maintaining and handling 3600 plus candidate’s profiles.

Computer literacy:
• Office automation (MS Office), operational knowledge of internet.
