Recruitment & Selection
• Understanding the job profile and short listing CVs from the master database.
• Organizing and conducting interviews along with HODs till middle managerial level.
• Closely collaborating with HODs to update procedures and trouble-shoot problems.
• Conducting salary negotiations and preparing compensation sheets.
• Conducting reference checks.
• Conducting joining formalities.
Talent Management
• Developed and designed the process of “Skill Inventory Management” in the organization with the view of identifying talent in different technical streams.
• Designed the form and annexure for implementing the process of Skill Inventory Management.
• Inducted more than 700 employees to the process and collected their data for further analysis.
• Continuously maintaining and updating skill inventory MIS of engineers working at various sites.
Performance Appraisal
• Working closely with the HODs and SBU heads for the normalization and completion of the appraisals.
• Preparing and analyzing appraisal reports with respect to promotions and increments.
• Accompanying HR Head in discussions with HODs and SBU heads regarding appraisals.
